Following The Arch Company’s consultation on plans to invest £10m to bring 29 empty and derelict railway arch spaces at Bermondsey Junction back into use, the application has now been submitted to the London Borough of Southwark.
This forms part of The Arch Company’s Project 1000 scheme to invest £200m to bring 1000 empty and derelict spaces across England and Wales into productive use by 2030.
Repurposing and reusing these arch spaces will restore 65,000 sq ft of much needed light industrial workspace in Bermondsey that will help serve London’s economy.
The consultation has now closed. You can still review a recording of the webinar here.
You can also email the team at contact@bermondseyjunction-consultation.info or call Freephone 0808 168 8296, leave a message and a member of the team will call you back.
